Placing on the market and use banned: CFCs

        - Fully halogenated CFCs
        - Carbon tetrachloride
        - Halons
        - 1,1,1, trichloroethane
        - Hydrobromofluorocarbons
 
        - MDI CFC exemption thru 12/31/01
        - Military CFC exemption thru 12/31/08
